Former Junior Government Minister Barry Andrews, who is now C.E.O. of Goal addressed students on the work of the charity and thanked them for their fundraising efforts. Goal works in 14 developing world and he pointed out that people should not underestimate the power of what they do, or the amount they raise. The boys presented a cheque for €1000, the proceeds of Jersey Day.
